Queen of The Jungle

What began in 2021 as a small in-gym event born from COVID-era cancellations has transformed into a premier recreational cheer competition that continues to grow beyond our wildest dreams! We are so thankful for the teams and programs who took a chance on us and helped bring this vision to life.

Now in its 5th year, Queen of the Jungle is a high-energy, well-organized, and deeply rewarding experience for athletes and coaches alike. In 2024, over 800 athletes took the floor — and 2025 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet!

💜 Fan Zone:
Fans can enjoy a VIP-style viewing area when their team performs! The Fan Zone will be cleared between teams so everyone gets the best seat in the house for their athlete’s big moment.

🏆 Awards & Bids

• Every team receives a banner
• Grand Champions crowned by division: Peewee, Freshman, JV, Varsity
• Specialty Awards: Best Jumps, Tumbling, Stunts, Creative Choreography, Spirit, Judge’s Choice

• NYSSA Bids:

1 Full Paid Bid (highest scoring team of the day)
2 Partial Paid Bids (50% of registration fee covered)

💸 Registration Fees

• $15 per competing athlete
• $10 per exhibition athlete
• $10 per additional coach (2 included with team registration)

📋 Judging & Rules

• NFHS (high school) guidelines will be followed
• Routine max time: 2.5 minutes
• Coaches may sit in front of the mat during their team's performance
